​The procedure describes the method for submitting the request for exercising the right to object.

The request is submitted to:

1. The Information Center for Citizens located in Deva, Piata Unirii no. 4, room no. 25

2. Online, at the email address: dpo@primariadeva.ro. After registering the received request, the data protection officer will send you the registration number of the request by email.

The operator provides the data subject with information regarding the actions taken following a request pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, without unjustified delays and in any case within no more than one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The operator informs the data subject of any such extension within one month from receipt of the request, stating the reasons for the delay.
