CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE with hygiene and public health standards is the administrative procedure through which compliance with legal public health regulations is assessed for operational objectives carrying out activities that pose a risk to public health.
The notification of certification of compliance can be issued urgently—within 5 working days from the submission of the file—by paying an urgent processing fee of 150 lei.
