The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, C.F. number, cadastral number and/or topographic number, signature, accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*

Registration certificate and certificate of incorporation from the trade registry or the document on the basis of which the activity is carried out, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity.*

In case of representation, notarial power of attorney, respectively the delegation, the decision of the general meeting of associates, the decision of the sole associate, the decision of the representative of the associative form, as applicable, in original and copy, as well as a copy of the ID card of the authorized natural person or a copy of the passport for the authorized natural person residing abroad.*

Copy of the ownership document (for example: ownership title, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another validly concluded land possession document (for example: concession, lease, rental, superficies contract, etc.) with notarial authentication; (except for requests regarding the works provided in art. 7, para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished).*

The owner's agreement for the permanent or temporary removal of the land from the agricultural circuit, in case the land is owned by a person other than the owner; the administrator's agreement for the permanent or temporary removal of the land from the agricultural circuit, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state – in original and copy.*

Copy of the urbanism certificate (within the validity period), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan endorsed by OCPI (the site plan will highlight the area proposed for removal from agricultural use), as applicable.*

The technical memorandum of the work, in which the investment objective is described.*

Where applicable, centralizing table for wind farms, land situation (turbine name, parcel number, area, cadastral number, C.F. number).*

Copies of payment documents.*

The land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days prior to the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case where the construction authorization is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para.(2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent modifications and completions); (except for requests for works provided in art. 7 para 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for investment works of public utility) In the case where approval is requested for the permanent or temporary removal from the agricultural circuit of land located outside the built-up area, having the land use category of permanent pastures, the beneficiary of the approval will be informed about the need to comply with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2013 regarding the organization, administration and exploitation of permanent pastures and for the modification and completion of the Land Fund Law no. 18/1991, approved by Law no. 86/2014.*
