• The procedure establishes the method for reimbursement of the value of medicines for the beneficiaries of Law 80/1995.

The request for reimbursement of medicines is made by:

• Military personnel in reserve/retired, military pensioner (art. 4 letter f) from M 110/2009);
• Military pensioner due to disability as a result of service accidents or illnesses contracted during and because of fulfilling military obligations who, afterwards, opted for a pension from the state social insurance system (art. 4 letter h) from M 110/2009);
• Veteran, widow, war invalid, other categories of persons provided by special laws (art. 4 letter j) from M 110/2009),

Required documents for establishing the reimbursement file:

• Reimbursement request
• Photocopy of the identity document
• Photocopy of the pension slip
• Photocopy of the medical recommendation (CNAS type prescription, simple prescription, medical letter, military prescription)
• The fiscal invoice issued by the pharmacy that released the medicines in the name of the holder of the medical recommendation, in original
• The fiscal receipt corresponding to the fiscal invoice, in original
• The IBAN code of the account in which the reimbursed amount is requested to be transferred
