The procedure regulates the issuance of the street nomenclature and address certificate, the official document by which the street name and the administrative number assigned to a property located within the administrative-territorial area of the Drăgănești City UAT, Olt county, are attested.
The certificate is issued at the request of the property owner or other family members who justify a legal interest and is necessary for the registration/updating of data in present in the land register, at OCPI, at the notary, for obtaining permits, utility contracts, or other situations provided by law.
The document is issued on nearest street nomenclature records approved by the Local Council's decisions and on the documentation submitted by the applicant.

If the applicant considers themselves harmed by the unjustified refusal to issue the certificate or by the failure to resolve the request within the legal term, they may submit:

a prior complaint, under the conditions of art. 7 of Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, within 30 days from the communication of the refusal or from the expiration of the legal term for resolution;
-
an action in administrative litigation before the competent court, under the conditions of the same law.
