This procedure regulates the issuance of the street trade authorization - welcoming trade in front of one's own public food service units - terraces – a specially arranged place outside the public food service unit with tables, chairs, adjacent equipment, shading elements, planters, intended for serving consumers with public food products, and which is not classified as a public food service unit type - terrace, according to O. no.65/2013 within the City Hall of Constanța Municipality.
