This procedure regulates the method of visa endorsement of the operating program notice in Constanța Municipality within the Constanța Municipality City Hall.
Note:
The visa fee for the endorsement of the operating program for units carrying out activities of marketing products and market services that are not found in CAEN codes 5610 (corresponding CAEN code 5530), 5630 (corresponding CAEN code 5540), and 932 - other recreational and entertainment activities, is set at the amount of 159 lei.

By exception, for units in Mamaia resort and Sat Vacanta, carrying out activities falling under CAEN- Rev 2 code 4711 and group 472, except for code 4726, the fee for visa endorsement of the operating program is set at the amount of 12,588 lei, for Code 4724 the fee is 3,980 lei.
The fee in the amount of 159 lei is paid at the City Hall cashier.
