SPECIFICATIONS
Art. 19, para. (2) of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991, approved by MDRL Order no. 839/2009, stipulate that the urbanism certificate is an information document regarding the legal, economic and technical regime of the property, as well as the specific urban requirements for the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document that is issued, upon request, to any applicant - individual or legal entity - without the need to present the ownership title of the property or any other document attesting the right of ownership.
The issuer is prohibited from conditioning the issuance of the urbanism certificate on the prior preparation of urban planning documentation for the concerned property, as well as any other technical documentation defining the purpose of the request.
Under these conditions, for the purpose of detailing the proposed urban intervention, other documents prepared by a designer may be attached to the required legal documentation, consisting of:
· principle agreement/approval issued by the network holder;
· technical report;
· principle agreement/approval issued by the network holder;
· technical report;
· site plan on cadastral support on which the existing and proposed network will be color highlighted - 2 copies, scale 1:500; (these plans are optional and are for information mentoring of the investor's intentions only and cannot be endorsed as unchangeable);
· isometric scheme of the natural gas usage installation and a blueprint showing the pipeline route of the apartment to be connected to the column - 2 copies.
· ownership document - copy;
· identity card - copy.
The plans to be endorsed as unchangeable will be cadastral plans on ortho-photomap or other plans issued/endorsed by the Constanța Office of Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity, highlighting the cadastral parcels for which the urbanism certificate is requested, for which reason they will be submitted in 2 original copies.
