The procedure is addressed to individuals who wish to obtain a street nomenclature certificate.
The request is registered with the PUBLIC RELATIONS AND CITIZEN INFORMATION DEPARTMENT only after:

verification of the completion of the request according to the form
-
verification of the list of necessary documents and the way they are presented
-
verification of the existence of soplicant’s signature or his/her legal proxy
-
copy of applicant’s ID card/company registration
-
verification of proof of fee payment
Resolution period: 15 calendar days from the date of registration of the request.
The requested documents will be sent to the applicant or his/her legal proxy either by mail or in person based on signature and identification.
