The request is registered at the PUBLIC RELATIONS AND CITIZEN INFORMATION DEPARTMENT only after:

checking the completion of the application according to the form

checking the list of necessary documents and the way in which they are presented

checking the existence of the applicant's or their legal representative's signature

checking the proof of fee payment
The requested documents will be sent to the applicant or their legal representative either by mail or personally, based on signature and identification.
