The extension of the validity of the construction/demolition permit must be requested at least 15 days before the expiration date of the validity period and may be granted, according to the Law, only once for a maximum of 12 months. The extension of the validity of the construction/demolition permit is recorded on the original of the initially issued permit, without the need to submit any other documentation.
