This procedure regulates the method for obtaining the tax certificate for legal entities within the General Directorate of Taxes and Local Fees Sector 3.
- For Transfer Certificates* (buildings, land, vehicles) payment of all overdue obligations and full payment for the asset to be transferred is required.
- The obligations are considered settled at the moment the Sector 3 Local Council treasury account has been debited and this fact is also reflected in the tax records of the issuing institution.
- Processing time is 2 working calendar days.
