The "Professional Scholarship" is a national social program addressed to all students attending professional education and consists of monthly financial support.
Children of foreigners who are beneficiaries of a form of protection in Romania or of foreigners, respectively citizens of the European Union / European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation with the right of residence/stay on the territory of Romania, who attend professional education, also benefit from the "Professional Scholarship".
Students in professional education cannot simultaneously benefit from the "Professional Scholarship" and the financial support granted to students within the National Social Protection Program "High School Money".
At the level of the Ministry of Education, a national commission is established for monitoring the granting of the "Professional Scholarship".
