This procedure describes how individuals, Romanian citizens or nationals of other Member State of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), who operates the site supervision on a permanent basis in a Member EU or EEA and want to perform this activity in Romania temporarily. Project supervisor is an individual employed by investor / beneficiary, having the obligation of ensuring verification of correct implementation of construction works throughout the works, according to the law.
