This procedure describes how individuals Romanian citizens or nationals of other Member States of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), which operates the site supervision on a permanent basis in a Member EU or EEA and want to perform this task, for the first time in Romania, either temporarily. Project supervisor is an individual employed by investor / beneficiary, having the obligation of ensuring verification of correct implementation of construction works throughout the works, according to the law.

The profession of site manager is included in Annex no. 2 - The list of regulated professions in Romania from Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.*
