In accordance with OG 80/2000, with its subsequent amendments and completions, and OMTCT 2135/2005, RAR issues the operating authorization for economic operators, other than manufacturers, who partition and package exploitation materials certified or homologated by RAR.

This procedure describes the way in which RAR handles the applications submitted by applicants for authorization, up to the moment of establishing, by mutual agreement with the applicant, the date for carrying out the on-site inspection: https://www.rarom.ro/?page_id=937

The application must be dated, signed by the legal representatives of the applicant for authorization, and stamped, indicating the person nominated for the relationship with RAR. These persons must meet the requirement of honorability. The authorization application will refer only to products that are part of the same group of operating materials (engine oils, transmission oils, hydraulic oils, greases, antifreeze liquid, brake fluid, windshield washer solutions).*
