Authorization of economic operators carrying out periodic technical inspection activities*

In accordance with OG 81/2000, with subsequent amendments and completions, and OMTCT 2133/2005 with subsequent amendments and completions, RAR issues the technical operating authorization for economic operators performing periodic technical inspection activities, based on an audit to verify technical capability carried out at each of the applicant’s work locations.

This procedure describes how RAR processes the files submitted by legal entities for authorization up to the moment of mutually agreeing with the applicant on the date for the audit.
