The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs is 1 year from the date of issuance, according to art.36 para. 5 of the Ordinance.

The replacement of the Registration Certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs, during its validity period, is requested as a result of change of registered office address, change of company name, change in the form of company organization, addition/removal of an activity object.

The documents for replacement must contain the following:

Standard requests: Form 4, Form 2 is submitted only in the case of adding new workplaces/storage spaces, Form 3 is submitted in case of removal of previously registered workplaces/storage spaces.

Copies of documents:

- the amending documents, e.g., address change, change of form of organization, etc., and/or supplements to the documents on the basis of which registration was made - copy of CUI-

- the previous certificate and its Annexes, issued by the Romanian Copyright Office;

- if applicable, Form 2 for registering new workplaces/storage spaces and/or Form 3 for the removal of old workplaces/storage spaces;

- invoice/payment order regarding payment for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008 and Order no. 2029/2009, as follows:

- replacement of the registration certificate following modification of the identification data of the economic operator;

- in case a new activity is requested to be registered if the initial certificate has not expired 50 lei - urgent fee/request additional fee 300 lei;

- if registration of new workplaces/storage spaces is requested - a fee of 20 lei is paid;

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier located at Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sect.1, Bucharest, or in the account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at the Treasury Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
