For producers, distributors, traders, and importers of phonograms, registration is done according to art. 35 of O.G. 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by O.U.G 43/2010.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

-the registration certificate at the Trade Registry Office

-the tax registration certificate only for non-profit legal entities

-a copy of the invoice/payment order regarding the payment made for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G. 1086/2008 and are as follows:

• phonogram production activity registration 50 lei
• work point registration 20 lei
• storage space registration 20 lei
• expedited fee, additional tariff 300 lei
• completion request for missing documents, following rejection of the initial registration request - 10 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier at Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sector 1, Bucharest, or in account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at Treasury Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
