The procedure establishes the steps that must be taken in order to obtain the health certificate according to the provisions of ORDER No. 1126 of September 13, 2006 regarding the approval of the Procedures for issuing health certificates for materials and objects that come into contact with foodstuffs intended for export to countries that are not members of the European Union, the models of the declaration of conformity and the health certificate for materials and objects that come into contact with foodstuffs intended for export to countries that are not members of the European Union. The file is submitted at the headquarters of the National Institute of Public Health/National Center for Monitoring Community Environmental Risks, the Regional Public Health Centers: Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Târgu Mures, Timisoara – Environmental Health Sections. The health certificate, after payment of the fees, is collected from the headquarters of the National Institute of Public Health/National Center for Monitoring Community Environmental Risks, the Regional Public Health Centers: Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Târgu Mures, Timisoara – Environmental Health Sections.
