The documents are submitted after completing the templates, at PMB-CIDRC, the Information and Documentation Center for Relations with Citizens (Registry), located at 42 Regina Elisabeta Boulevard, Sector 5. Notes: 1. According to the provisions of art. 6 para. (1) and (4) of the Law, the urban planning certificate is an informative document regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the specific urban planning requirements for the site, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document which is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity. 2. According to the Law, the urban planning certificate does not substitute for a building/demolition permit and does not confer the right to carry out construction works.
