This procedure describes how individuals, Romanian citizens, can apply for certification based on an exam for performing the activity of energy auditor for buildings in Romania. The energy auditor for buildings carries out their activity as an authorized natural person or as an employee of a legal entity, according to the legislation in force, and has the obligation to comply with the provisions of the code of conduct for building energy auditors. The status of energy auditor for buildings is proven by the certification issued by the competent authority. The right to practice is proven by the valid card issued by the competent authority together with the certification.
