The order may be contested, within 15 days from the date of communication, at the administrative and fiscal litigation section of the tribunal of the applicant's domicile or, as the case may be, residence. If the applicant does not have a domicile or residence in Romania, the order may be contested, within the same term, at the Administrative and Fiscal Litigation Section of the Bucharest Tribunal. The tribunal's decision is final and irrevocable. The loss of Romanian citizenship by withdrawal occurs on the date the order approving the withdrawal of Romanian citizenship is issued by the president of the National Authority for Citizenship.
