The procedure regulates all the operations that lead to the extension of the building/demolition permit, which aims to extend the validity of the building permit, in relation to the applicant’s (beneficiary/investor) request and in accordance with Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009, for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works, updated to date.
