Each of the categories of employers provided for by Government Decision no. 295/2025 has the obligation to send to the territorial labour inspectorate in the area where they have their headquarters/domicile the data in the general employee record register after concluding each individual employment contract.
When hiring each new employee, the register is completed in electronic format with the data mentioned in art. 4 para. (2) of Government Decision no. 295/2025 and is sent to the territorial labour inspectorate no later than the working day before the employee concerned starts work.
The electronic completion of the data can be carried out through the Reges-Online IT system available on the official website www.inspectiamuncii.ro.
Employers will have 6 months to make the transition from the Revisal application to REGES-ONLINE.
