Procedure regarding the issuance of a duplicate classification certificate/attachment sheet for accommodation/public catering tourist reception structures*

In case of loss or damage/destruction of the classification certificate, the economic operator, holder of the classification certificate/annex sheet, requests the issuance of a duplicate classification certificate/annex sheet.

Within a maximum of 30 days from the date of registration of the complete documentation, a new classification certificate and/or a new annex sheet will be issued, according to the request of the economic operator.

In case of incomplete documentation the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of first request, by notification, regarding the need to submit additional documents, as well as the consequences on the previously provided documentation analysis term. If within 6 months (180 days) from the date of issuing the notification, the documentation is not completed, it shall be filed.
