This procedure regulates the way of organizing and conducting the linguistic competence test for admission to the 5th grade with an intensive program of teaching a modern foreign language of international circulation, at the level of public or private pre-university educational institutions in Romania, based on the provisions of Art. 6 (2) and (3) of the Framework Regulation for organizing and functioning classes with intensive or bilingual teaching of a modern foreign language in pre-university educational institutions, approved by OMEN no. 4797/31.08.2017.
