Procedure regarding the recognition by the University of Craiova of teaching EU positions obtained in accredited educational institutions abroad*

This methodology establishes the way in which the automatic recognition, within the University of Craiova, of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad is carried out.
The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities in other states included in the “List of prestigious universities from other states,” approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.
The documents submitted in the file must be in certified copy (according to OUG 41/2016). These must be in Romanian, authorized and legalized translation.

The appeal is filed at the University of Craiova within 15 working days, the final decision of the university can be challenged in court.
