This procedure establishes the manner in which the automatic recognition by Constantin Brancoveanu University of Pitesti is carried out for academic teaching positions obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutions, as provided in the annex to OM 5922/15.12.2016.

The teaching profession is found at position no. A.8 in Annex no. 2 of Law no. 200 of 2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, as amended and supplemented.*

The decision of recognition or non-recognition can be contested within 3 (three) days from the communication, through a motivated request submitted to the Secretariat of the University Rectorate. Appeals are resolved within 90 days from registration by the University Senate. Subsequently, the final decision of the university can be challenged in courts of law.
