The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out the design works of ventilation systems and installations for evacuating smoke and hot gases, except for those of the natural-organized type. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, carrying out works in the field of fire protection is done by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
