The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises that wish to obtain authorization for carrying out fireproofing works using shotcrete products. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 para 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, carrying out works in the field of fire protection shall be performed by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
