The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises wishing to obtain authorization for carrying out installation and maintenance works of ventilation systems and installations for the evacuation of smoke and hot gases. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51, paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, performing works in the field of fire protection is done by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
