The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises wishing to obtain authorization for performing maintenance work on special installations within fire protection vehicles. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51, paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, activities in the field of fire protection are carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
