The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises that wish to obtain authorization for carrying out works of inspection, refilling, and repair of fire extinguishers, except for those containing certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, works in the field of fire protection are performed by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is done for a fee.
