The suspension of membership takes place when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period of time and submits to the headquarters of the territorial College, namely the Gorj College of Pharmacists, an application requesting the suspension of membership. At the time of requesting this suspension, the pharmacist must have paid the membership fee up to the end of the year and must fulfill the requirement for continuous professional training with a total of 40 EFC hours for the respective period. The pharmacist is obliged to inform the Romanian College of Pharmacists within 30 days of resuming their activity.
