The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, by making an express request in this regard, meet the following conditions:
- hold an official qualification in pharmacy;
- are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;
- are medically fit to practice as a pharmacist;
- have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years;
- have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the Iasi territorial college, amounting to 208 lei for persons who registered within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for other persons)
