The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding integrity and morality, including the competence with which dental doctors practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Doctors of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 from the methodological rules approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of certificates of integrity and professional morality for doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuing of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuanceThe issuance fee is 500 lei from the second certificate requested, the first one being free according to the Decision of the College of Dental Doctors Maramures Council No. 8/20.08.2014. The fee can be paid into account RO78RZBR0000060006048103 opened at RAIFFEISEN BANK BAIA MARE.
