Ascertainment certificates

Obtain the ascertainment certificate online, via the InfoCert service here.

I. ASCERTAINMENT CERTIFICATE

The ascertainment certificate presents the current status of the company and includes the following information:

• name (company);
• registration number in the trade register;
• unique registration code;
• unique European identifier;
• legal form;
• duration of operation;
• status of the company;
• main activity;
• share capital;
• administrators;
• associates/shareholders;
• secondary activity;
• authorized activities;
• directors/representatives for branches/subunits/secondary offices;
• auditors;
• information (5 indicators) from the available annual financial statements;
• other information as applicable.

Fee according to Order MJ no. 380/C/2024: 30 lei

II. ASCERTAINMENT CERTIFICATE FOR THE HEALTH INSURANCE HOUSE
(showing the status of associate / shareholder in a company)

Fill in the form, checked at pt. 4.1, in accordance with the purpose for which it is requested.

Fee according to Order MJ no. 380/C/2024 - details:

- 30 lei, regardless of whether or not they are/have been identified with functions and qualities within one/some professional(s) in the last 5 years;
