This procedure is addressed to the members of the Sibiu College of Dental Physicians
The current professional certificate is a document that includes the relevant personal information regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health reform, republished, with the subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by G.D. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of proof of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as of the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the blockand issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuanceThe issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Council of the College of Dental Physicians _no. 4/_14.04.2016_The fee can be paid into the account: RO86BREL170034346RO11001
