This will include: a) the competition in which participation will take place, specifying the age category of the participants; b) the country, city where it is organized; c) the period of the event; d) the selection criteria that form the basis for establishing the national teams; e) the names and surnames of the athletes composing the national teams, including the reserves who will participate in the competition, according to the competition regulations, as well as those of the other official members of the delegation; f) the proposed performance objectives; g) an excerpt from the competition regulations established by the international body, clearly indicating the rights and obligations of the participating countries, a translated copy, in accordance with the original; h) the categories and value of expenses financed from the amounts provided in the contract concluded between the federation and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, as applicable; i) the categories and value of expenditures made from the federation's own revenues; j) the categories of expenses incurred by the organizers.*
