The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession. The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the Romanian College of Dental Physicians, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the services provided and patient safety for those in relation with it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para (1) letter d) of Law 95/2006 regarding healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art 1 of the methodological norms approved by HG 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of evidence of professional honorability and morality for physicians, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate.
