This methodology establishes the procedure by which the recognition, within Partium Christian University of Oradea, of the doctoral diploma and the doctoral title obtained abroad is carried out.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third countries who have obtained a doctoral diploma and title abroad from accredited higher education institutions in Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and from prestigious universities in other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries", approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
