This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dentists Tulcea

The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding integrity and morality, including the competence with which dentists exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 paragraph (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of certificates of integrity and professional morality for doctors, dentists and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate.
