Suspension of membership status occurs when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period of time and submits a request at the headquarters of the territorial College, namely the Prahova Pharmacists' College, requesting the suspension of membership status. When requesting this suspension, the pharmacist must have paid the membership fee up to the end of the year and must fulfill the condition of continuous professional training with a number of 40 EFC hours for the respective period.
In support of the requests, the documents presented below are attached.
The pharmacist undertakes to inform the College of Pharmacists of Romania within 30 days of resuming activity.
