The procedure regulates the set of operations that lead to the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, which aims at the preparation of documentation for the authorization of construction works, for the awarding by auction of the design of public works in the feasibility study phase, for court applications and notarial operations concerning real estate transfers, the establishment of a right of way in relation to the applicant's (beneficiary/investor) request and in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.

Receipt for payment of the legal fee (copy):

• Fee = 30% of the amount initially paid
