By April 30th, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the List and the Requests with the supporting documents in the Necessary Documents section.

In the case of a dispute between the beneficiary and the competent authority, the common law provisions are applicable.
