By July 31, town halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of thermal energy aid, as well as the Centralized Table including the beneficiaries of the thermal energy aid and its amount, to the County Agency for Social Payments and Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of thermal energy aid and the Centralized Table including the beneficiaries of the thermal energy aid and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.

The legislation does not contain special provisions regarding appeal procedures; in case of litigation, the common law provisions are applicable.
