For the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, a standard application (according to Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate) must be filled out and submitted to the issuing authority, together with the original issued urban planning certificate. The application for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiry date of its validity.
Upon submission of the application for extending the validity of the urban planning certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
