1. The lease/rental/loan for use agreement is drawn up in 3 (three) original copies in the legal form according to the New Civil Code.
2. All 3 (three) copies of the contract are registered at Pleșcuța Commune City Hall.
3. 1 copy is submitted to the Pleșcuța Commune City Hall, to be kept at the specialized department, accompanied by the ownership supporting documents:
- identity documents (CUI for companies) of the parties, copies certified by the applicant on each page.
- the ownership document of the asset subject to the contract, copies certified by the applicant on each page.
4. The other 2 copies of the contract are retained and one is kept by each contracting party.
5. Verifications are carried out by the specialized departments within the Pleșcuța Commune City Hall and the contract is registered in a special register.
