Through this procedure, the method of recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in science or in a professional field in UBdB is established, according to OM 5923 / 06.12.2016.
The procedure applies to Romanian citizens, citizens of the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and third states, who have obtained the title of doctor at accredited institutions of university education or research-development from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, at prestigious universities in other countries listed in the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by the order of the Ministry of National Education no. 5462/2018, or which are the subject of an international mutual recognition agreement concluded at an intergovernmental or interuniversity level.
Only in the case of temporary exercise, the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 and art. 296 of LEN no. 1/2011 apply directly. Reserved, vacant, or temporarily vacant teaching positions are filled with priority by the tenured teaching staff of the institution or by associated teaching staff.
The exercise of rights conferred by the status of doctoral supervisor and the occupation of a teaching position in the Romanian education system is carried out in accordance with the legal norms in force.
The procedure applies only for enrollment in post-university study programs, for obtaining habilitation, for occupying a teaching position, or for occupying a research position within Bioterra University of Bucharest.
